Get To The Gig: Summer Band Jam

Battle of the Bands events provide a platform for emerging musicians to gain visibility, foster creativity, build connections, and entertain local audiences. They play a significant role in the development and promotion of the local music scene while offering a memorable experience for musicians and fans alike. If that sounds like something you’re into then we have the perfect events to get your summer rockin’ and rollin all season long.

Gingerfox Productions and Koh Show have teamed up to organize one of the biggest Battle of the Bands the state has seen in years!  From July to August, watch as bands from across the region duke it out to be this summer's hottest musical act - performing in some of New Castle County’s favorite venues to catch up-and-coming musicians.

This is a Battle of the Bands style event, so the finalists from each show will compete in one final round for the grand prize. Winners are decided by crowd vote and judges, so showing up to support your favorite bands is key in securing their success. In September, six finalists will gather at a soon-to-be-disclosed location to compete for the Grand Prize of a professional music video shoot by Dreamhead TV, band shirts printed by Spaceboy Clothing, a headlining spot at Hot Jam 10 and bragging rights.
